Kritvia for salon

Clients book in the chat, get a reminder the day before, and pleased clients are asked for a review; several chairs can be booked at the same time.

Pick this at sign-up

1. Start your free trial at app.sitelytc.com (see Set up your business, step by step for sign-up).
2. Type your business name.
3. Pick the Clinic, salon or local services card and click Continue.

What switches on

• Inbox assistant: books appointments and answers price questions from your rate card.
• Booking reminders, Google reviews, Payment reminders and Kritvia assistant.

Then choose Autopilot (agents reply, remind and follow up by themselves; money, complaints and orders still come to you) or I'll approve everything, and click Finish setup.

Set up

1. Bookings → Hours & services: your hours, each service with its length and price (Haircut, 30 minutes, ₹300), and how many bookings can overlap (your chairs).
2. Rate card: all your services, including packages such as bridal makeup.
3. Connect WhatsApp (Settings → Connectors → WhatsApp Business): log in with Facebook and pick your number; the WhatsApp Business app keeps working on your phone.
4. Getting paid (Settings → Connectors → Getting paid): enter your UPI ID so every invoice gets a payment page.
5. Set up your phone and invite your team as in the general guide.

Every day

• Bookings shows the day's appointments; clients get a reminder the day before.
• Reviews: replies to new Google reviews are drafted for your yes.
• Marketing: festive offers as posts or one WhatsApp campaign to clients who agreed to hear from you.
